Lost property
The CDP's system for recovering school uniform items lost at school.
Lost an item? Search for your surname
School clothing is labelled with the surname. If someone has found it, it is logged in the app with its storage number.
Search my surname in the app →The app is in Spanish: type your surname in the search box.
How does it work?
Label your children's uniform and belongings with their surname — it is the key to the whole system.
The CDP office logs every item found, tags it with a number and stores it in the lost property area.
Search for your family's surname in the app: if an item has been logged, it will show its storage number.
Collect it from the CDP office (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 08:00 to 09:30), giving the pupil's name and class.
Good to know
Collecting each item costs $1,000, which covers the running and upkeep of the service.
Opening hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 08:00 to 09:30.
Items not claimed in time are donated or sold at a reduced price, so other families can have uniforms in good condition.
The best prevention: label uniforms, rucksacks and sports kit with the surname.
